We will confirm you reservations within 24 hrs by email and only process your credit card after we have confirmed your reservation.

 

If you use a credit card nothing will be charged to your card until your reservation is confirmed. However,  debit cards work differently and your bank will take the authorized amount out of your account immediately.

We take credit card fraud seriously and in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, we verify billing information with your credit card company BEFORE processing your order.

Please be aware that our servers record the unique IP address that a browser transmits when requesting a page download which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify a person committing credit card fraud, even if that person does not provide his or her real name.

 

In case of any problems with the accommodations we must be advised of the specifics of the problem as soon as the problem occurs so we can log it while you are still on site. The appropriate on site staff must also be advised of the problem in order to give them an opportunity to verify and log the problem and, if at all possible, to correct it while you are still there .
