How to list your Vacation Rental property or timeshare with us
If you own a vacation property or timeshare it will cost you a onetime setup fee of $59 to list one property with us for one available week. To list two (2) weeks for the same property it will cost a onetime setup fee of $99 for listing the property, Any changes to the listing after the initial setup will incur a $50 change fee. There are no ongoing fees for each week or month that we list the property.
The only extra charge will be if you want us to handle the payment from the renter via credit card on your behalf. In this case, we will charge you the fee charged to us by the credit card processing company.
Since there is only a onetime setup fee and no ongoing charges for each week or month you list with us, list your property as early as possible to ensure yourself the best opportunity to rent your property.
If the resort where you own your timeshare is already listed on our site then all you have to do is fill in the order form below. If the property is not listed then email us a description of the resort and amenities and two images to service@lastminuteusvacations.com in addition to filling out the listing form below.
