Location. Built on a cliff overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, the Cave B Inn is located in Quincy, Wash., between Seattle and Spokane. Part of the SageCliffe Estate, this wine resort is surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The hotel is less than one half mile from the Gorge Amphitheater and within eight miles from the Wild Horse Monument and Quincy Lakes Wildlife Area. Hotel Features. The Cave B Inn features wine tours, culinary classes, a restaurant and a wine bar. Tendrils restaurant serves Northwestern cuisine with ingredients harvested from Sagecliffe's organic gardens. Treatments at the spa include hot stone massages and aromatherapy facials and body wraps. Indoor and outdoor meeting space is available, including the 2,250 square foot Piazza, a grassy area surrounded by a perimeter of trellises. The hotel offers a golf driving range. A one mile hiking trail to the river below provides panoramic views of the canyon, waterfalls and seasonal ponds. Guestrooms.
