SIERRA UNITS ARE VERY SMALL AND MAY NOT BE COMFORTABLE FOR MORE THAN TWO ADULTS. THESE UNITS ARE BEST SUITED FOR TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN IF FOUR GUESTS OCCUPY THE UNIT. *RESORT WILL ONLY ALLOW CONFIRMED GUEST TO CHECK IN-- NO EXCEPTIONS* RESORT IS TWO STORY WITH NO ELEVATOR. PERSONS REQUIRING GROUND FLOOR UNITS MUST CONTACT THE RESORT IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL. THIS RESORT CHARGES A MANDATORY UTILITY SURCHARGE OF US$2.00 PER UNIT, PER DAY. RESORT IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. POOL CLOSED FROM 10/31 THROUGH 3/31 EACH YEAR. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 5/15/10-6/30/10 WHILE THE DECK AROUND THE POOL IS REDONE. THIS WILL CAUSE SOME LOUD NOISE.
