There are stairs leading to the upper level of each unit. Units are not accessible by elevator. Office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday thru Sunday 8am to 8pm. Guests must contact the resort in advance if arriving ouside these hours. Check in at Alogonquin Lodge at 30 Lake Placid Club Way. There is a $20 utility charge. Points inbounds housekeeping fees $51 per unit occupied. There is no pool at the resort. Resort has made arrangements with nearby resorts for golf at discounted fees.
