The resort's solarium can supply equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available May through October, weather permitting. For warm-weather activity, the resort is only a mile from Lake Tahoe and 40 miles from the Truckee River, which offers white-water rafting. There is a mandatory fee of $49 per condo per week. No smoking in the units. Resort is 2 story motel conversion and has no elevator. No pets allowed. No parking for campers, motorhomes, boats or trailers. Only one Envoy unitis A-D-A compliant. Must be requested in advance, prior to confirming. Only Envoy units are ground floor one level units. All units have only partial kitchens. The resort has private beach access with boat storage at a very reasonable rate. Although this resort does have private beach access, the beach is 1 mile from the resort. Studio units are small and recommended for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 small child. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
