A credit card imprint is required at check in. There is a mandatory $10.00 fee per unit per week. The resort is undergoing a tile project from now until December 30, 2009. Only one parking space per unit is allowed. No R V units allowed. The 1 in 4 is enforced and applies to guest certificates, per member regardless of account number. At least one person in the traveling party needs to be 21. Service animals must have documentation to establish servicefor disability. Resort had additional policies for service animals. Call resort 7 days in advance of arrival. Hotel units are extremely small and only have one window which opens to the exterior hallway. No unit changes are allowed.
