IF HANDICAP NEEDS EXISTOR STAIRS IS A CONCERN CONTACT THE RESORT PRIOR TO CONFIRMING UNIT. THE RESORT OFFERS A VERY QUIET VACATION ENVIRONMENT AND IS 35 MINUTES FROM ST. PETE AND TAMPA FOR ACTIVITIES. THE JACUZZI AREA AND ONE RAMP LEADING TO THE POOL AREA WILL BE CLOSED FOR APPROXIMATELY EIGHT WEEKS (END OF APRIL 2009)
