THESE UNITS ARE BEST SUITED FOR TWO ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN IF FOUR GUESTS OCCUPY THE UNIT. *RESORT WILL ONLY ALLOW CONFIRMED GUEST TO CHECK IN-- NO EXCEPTIONS* RESORT IS TWO STORY WITH NO ELEVATOR. PERSONS REQUIRING GROUND FLOOR UNITS MUST CONTACT THE RESORT IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVAL. THIS RESORT CHARGES A MANDATORY UTILITY SURCHARGE OF US$2.00 PER UNIT, PER DAY. RESORT IS A NON-SMOKING FACILITY. POOL CLOSED FROM 10/31 THROUGH 3/31 EACH YEAR. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM 5/15/10-6/30/10 WHILE THE DECK AROUND THE POOL IS REDONE. THIS WILL CAUSE SOME LOUD NOISE.
