Powder Ridge Village offers stunning scenery and year-round recreation. Eden is located in the Wasatch Mountains of north-central Utah. In winter, guests can ski in, ski out to the Powder Mountain with 25 trails on three interconnected mountains. The slopes of Nordic Valley and Snow Basin are both a short drive away. Park City, UT skiing is approximately a 90 minute drive from the resort. In summer, Pine View Lake, 12 miles away, offers sailing, waterskiing, fishing and windsurfing. The resort is located at very high elevation, 9300 feet. The road is very steep and winding with a 7 percent grade. The last mile is dirt road. it is strongly encouraged that guests have tire chains or a four wheel drive vehicle as theresort is not equipped to tow cars up the mountain. The resort charges a snow removal fee of US $ 25.00 per unitper week whenever there is snow on the ground. Yhe resort sis 3 levels and has no elevators. All units have exterior steps leading either up to or down from the unit entrance. The resort is located approximately a 90 mile drive from Park City, UT skiing. Please contact the resort directly for ski season openings and closings as they will vary from year to year. Pets are not permitted.
