THE MAINTENANCE WILL INCLUDE PAINTING OF CORRIDORS, SANDING OF DOORS AND RE-PAINTING AS WELL AS FITTING NEW LIGHT FITTINGS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A MINIMAL NOISE FACTOR.
