All units have stairs with no elevator. Call the Wyndham central office to request special needs accomodations. Theycollect mandatory $50 occupancy tax. There is a mandatory $65 cleaning fee charged for less than 7 night reservations.The 27 hole golf course and Hanalei Bay bar and restuarant closed until 11/01/09. Arrival desk not at airport. Air conditioning in bedroom only. Occupancy limits enforced. 2009 directory is incorrect-no central air conditioning. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only. The Wyndham central office phone number to call to ask aboutspecial needs accomodations is 800/251-8736. Check in used to be at the airport, but that office has closed and the new directions for checking in will be in thepapers you get with your reservations.
