A govertment occupancy fee will be charged upon arrival. Studios are $18. One bedrooms are $20. There is an energy surcharge based on consumption. A meter is read at the begining and end of the week to determine the usage. You will be charged $0.14 per kilowatt hour used. All arrivals after 5:00PM should contact the resort prior toarrival in order to get their accomodations. One person in party must be at least twenty one years old.
