Resort is a well-appointed motel conver- sion. All units have AC in the bedrooms only and have a full kitchen. All units have one full bath and one TV and VCR. None of the units offer a dishwasher but daily maid service is available at no charge. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 bath, a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleep sofa. Second story units are accessed by stairs only. There is no elevator. Handicap unit has bunk beds in second bed-room. This is a non-smoking resort and no pets are allowed.ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING RESORT CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE REQUESTS FOR UNIT CHANGES OR UPGRADES. "NO PET" POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
