Your vacation home at Casa Blanca Resort is air-conditioned and has a cable television with HBO, a telephone, free WiFi Internet access and a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 queen bed. Studio units with a loftOCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed,and 1 queen and 1 twin mattress in the loft. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa. All guests must be 21 except children withparents or guardian. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. There is a charge for phone usage. Please notify the resort in advance if youanticipate a late arrival. Pets are not allowed. A car is necessary to enjoy the area. The resort does not have parking space for motor homes, boats or trailers. Resort is unable to accommodate requests to change units. Most units DO NOT face the ocean. Units starting with 1= 1st floor; 2= 2nd floor; 3= 3rd floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON SITE. The office is open: 7am-11pm daily.RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES 21 YR OLD RESTRICTIONS ON ALL GUESTCERTIFICATES, ESPECIALLY DURING SPRING BREAK WEEKS. ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21 EXCEPT CHILDREN WITH PARENTS OR GUARDIAN POOL WILL BE RESURFACED STARTING JAN 12TH THROUGH 18TH(2008) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE RESORT HAS 3 LEVELS AND DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. ALSO, UNITS 306-310 HAVE A SMALL LOFT FOR SLEEPING. THERE IS A STEEP, NARROW LADDER TO CLIMB TO GET TO THE LOFT. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN OR THE ELDERLY. RESORT IS UNABLE TO UPGRADE DUE TO SIZE, VIEW OR LOCATION. MOST UNITS DO NOT FACE THE OCEAN, ALTHOUGH BEACH IS JUST STEPS AWAY. RESORT IS AN OLDER HOTEL CONVERSION, THE LARGEST UNIT IS 600 SQ. FT.
