All Royal Holiday Beach Resort units are air-conditioned and have a whirlpool tub, 2 color televisions and a full kitchen including a microwave oven. The resort provides each unit with a daily newspaper.There are laundry facilities on site. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 or 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed or 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 have 1 full bath, a full bath with shower (no tub), and a half bath, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa. All 2BR unitsare townhouses. Dishwashers in all units. No pets are allowed at the resort. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Resort has 2 floors - NO ELEVATORS. Check-in beings at 3pm. For late check-ins, please contact the resort at 228/388-7553 ext. 0 for late check-in procedures. A US$100 damage deposit is required at check-in. There is a minimum age requirement of 25 for anyone checking intothe resort. ID will be checked. THE HOTEL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WERE HEAVILY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE KATRINA, BUT ARE STEADILY REBUILDING. TREASURE BAY CURRENTLY HAS 81 SLOT MACHINES AND A SMALL RESTAURANT, BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO POOL. MOST BEACH AREAS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO DEBRIS IN THE WATER. ALL OF THE WONDERFUL RESTAURANTS, GAS STATIONS, BEAUTIFUL HOMES, AQUARIUMS AND HISTORICAL SITES ALONG US90 WERE DESTROYED. THERE ARE RESTAURANTS, GROCERY STORES, GAS STATIONS AND OTHER SHOPPING AVAILABLE WITHIN 8 MILES. **THE RESORT HAS NO POOL** THERE ARE 5 CASINOS RE-OPENED WITH MORE SCHEDULED TO RE-OPEN IN THE FALL OF 2006.
