Studio units OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 are 300 to 350 sq ft and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and click clack bed.(Size of 1 Motel Room) 1BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 are approx 450 sq ft and have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sleep sofa and click clack bed. (Size of approx 1 1/2 Motel rooms). 1BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 2 are approx 450 sq ft and have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen sleep sofa, click clack bed. (Approx size of 2 Motel Rooms). *click clack beds are for two small children. No pets allowed. A US$100 cash deposit (NO CHECKS ACCEPTED) or US$100 credit card authorization is required at check-in. Two units are equipped with handicapped facilities. There are boat slips available for US$50/ wk + 7% sales tax. Please call in advanceto reserve boat docks as space is limited.Beach towels are NOT provided. A car is recommended to enjoy the area.UNITS THAT START WITH A (1) IS A GROUND FLOOR UNIT. STUDIO UNITS ARE VERY SMALL AND NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MORE THAN 2 ADULTS. UNIT CONSISTS OF A QUEEN SIZE BED AND A SET OF BUNK BEDS. UNIT IS THE SIZE OF A HOTEL ROOM. UNIT ASSIGMENTS ARE FINAL! RESORT IN UNABLE TO RELOCATE TO DIFFERENT VIEW, BEDROOM SIZE, HANDICAP, GROUND FLOOR, ETC!! !!! MEMBERS SHOULD NOT CALL THE RESORT IF THEY ARE NOT IN A UNIT THAT STARTS WITH A (ONE) THEY WILL"NOT"BE ON THE GROUND FLOOR!!
