Located in beautiful South Lake Tahoe, this resort features a heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, exerciseroom, recreation area and barbecues for guest use. The resort's solarium can supply equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available May through October, weather permitting. For warm weather activity, the resort is only a mile from Lake Tahoe and 40 miles from the Truckee River, which offers white water rafting. STUDIO UNITS ARE SMALL AND RECOMMENDED FOR 2 ADULTS OR 2 ADULTS AND 1 SMALL CHILD. THIS RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY LIMIT. THIS RESORT IS A TWO-STORY MOTEL CONVERSION THAT IS ACCESSED BY EXTERIOR STAIRS ONLY. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. ALL UNITS HAVE ONLY PARTIAL KITCHENS. ONLY ONE ENVOY UNIT IS ADA COMPLIANT. MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, PRIOR TO CONFIRMING. THE ONLY UNITS THAT ARE GROUND FLOOR, ONE LEVEL UNITS ARE THE ENVOY UNITS. EFFECTIVE3/8/08 ALL INBOUNDS WILL BE ASSESSED A MANDATORY FEE OF $49 PER CONDO PER WEEK. ALL UNITS AT RESORT ARE NON-SMOKING. THE RESORT HAS PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS WITH BOAT STORAGE AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE. ALTHOUGH THIS RESORT DOES HAVE PRIVATEBEACH ACCESS THE BEACH IS 1 MILE FROM THE RESORT. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS RESORT!! NO PARKING FACILITIES FOR CAMPERS, MOTORHOMES, BOATS OR TRAILERS.
